Welcome to CRM Partners Island

We left the safe harbor of Harlingen with an incredible sunset and sailed out to our destination - accompanied by music, food and drinks. Once we reached our island we took one of the bicycles waiting for us to cycle the lit route to our hotel. We shared a couple of welcome drinks in the “Musketiersbar” to finish a long, yet exciting day.

More than 20 workshops given by our colleagues

The following day, we explored the island on bicycles and took part in various workshops in different locations, with and by our colleagues. With the help of our specially developed app and island map we chose 5 of the more than 20 different workshops, all of which were prepared and interactively conducted by our colleagues. For example, I participated in a workshop ‘You can ask us anything’ by Emiel, Rik and Peter, the partner team of CRM Partners, on a boat. I went to the iconic church, where I learned ‘How to make intelligence loved by our customers’. A special workshop by Ralf, managing director of the German team, about the future of Customer Engagement held place in in the bright yellow Vliehors Express right on the beach. We could warm up with classic pea soup and ended the day with a literal highlight: at the lighthouse, accompanied by a campfire, live music and marshmallows. However, the view from the lighthouse on CRM Partners Island wasn’t the last highlight of the day.

Curing our hangover with some fresh air

We closed off the day with CRM Partners in Rosso, where we dressed up in red, had dinner together, laughed and danced the night away. Recovering from so many positive impressions of the past few days, we spent the final hours on our island power kiting, Laser and Archery Tag and many other activities. Halfway through the day it was time to sail out over the Wadden Sea, back to the mainland.

Proud to be part of this international team

For us, this was a unique kick-off in which our values - together, fun, open & honest and ambition - were fully expressed. Every single colleague has contributed to these unforgettable days through joint activities. Such a kick-off is not a matter of course for us all and therefore we are particularly proud to be a part of this international and ambitious team.
