CRM Partners has signed a partnership agreement with CafeX, a provider of real-time customer service solutions. As a CafeX Strategic Partner, CRM Partners will offer Live Assist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to business clients throughout Europe. Live Assist enables companies to utilize their Dynamics 365 platform to communicate in real-time with online customers through mobile apps or websites. Employing live chat, co-browsing (viewing with the client in the browser), filling in forms and sharing files, agents can communicate remotely with customers to better ensure satisfaction and deliver excellent customer service.


The CafeX partner program provides comprehensive tools, incentives, marketing and sales support, and enablement to ensure the partner’s Go-To-Market success. Through the partnership with CafeX, CRM Partners has expanded its offerings to include a wide range of omnichannel services and products that help companies enhance customer engagement.


CafeX Live Assist for Dynamics 365 was co-developed by CafeX and Microsoft, and is hosted in the Azure cloud.
